Completed as a Gattic cover for a pollution control device. Consultation was held with council workers, the Gattic cover manufacturers and consulted two of the drivers of the vehicles that collected the waste that was inside the Gattic cover.
The piece, which was located at the Esplanade on Balmoral Beach, has since been removed and is in storage with Mosman Council.
